This role is ideal for a finance leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale capital investments, complex cash flows, and financial structures. The Finance Controller will lead the company's financial governance, provide strategic direction, and ensure compliance with UAE financial and real estate regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations, as well as hands-on experience with joint ventures (JVs), land acquisition negotiations, and structuring high-value development deals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, DLD, RERA, and other applicable real estate regulations.
