JOB PURPOSE:

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee construction, renovation, and upgrade projects within Facility Management to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

  • Plan, monitor, and control construction/renovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and healthcare regulations.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and contractor claims.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Provide project reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
  • Support PMO governance and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
