Strong knowledge and application of preventive maintenance methodologies as well as demonstrated success in client-facing roles with a strong service-oriented approach are essential.
Exceptional leadership project management planning and organizational skills along with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across stakeholders including architects consultants contractors and vendors are highly desirable.
