Key Responsibilities- Sell premium private residences developed by Fakhruddin Properties
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through client meetings and property presentations
- Build strong relationships with both end-users and investors
- Provide expert knowledge on project features, USPs, and payment plans
- Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and sales funnel performance
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover process
- Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and follow-ups
- 1–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or the UAE
- Prior experience working with a property developer is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with off-plan and ready property sales
- Up-to-date with RERA regulations and real estate procedures (RERA card is a plus)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and well-groomed
