General Administration Responsibilities 40 %
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and saving
documents.
• Assist in scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Purchase Pantry & Office Supplies.
• Purchase of Business Cards.
• Coordinate with the Finance Manager for the approval of the quotation(s), payment, etc.
• Monitor all service providers for the company assets, i.e. Xerox Machine, others.
• Conduct inventory of office and pantry supplies.
- Coordination:
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• MOHRE – Office Inspection: Coordinate with PRO for the required documents during the
MOHRE office inspection for additional QUOTA approval.
- Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all types of complaints.
• Keep records of staff movements and contact information.
- Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
