We are seeking a skilled Quality Control professional to oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring that products and processes comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all QC activities across production, including raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections.
· Develop, review, and implement SOPs, QC protocols, and testing procedures in compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and MOH standards.
· Perform sterility, leakage, vacuum, and dimensional testing for blood collection tubes and related products.
· Conduct regular checks and validations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all QC tests.
· Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and ensure proper functioning of instruments.
· Monitor in-process production quality and coordinate with the production team to resolve deviations and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
· Maintain readiness for internal and external audits/inspections by documenting and reporting QC results accurately.
