Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with DOH, JAWDAH, TASNEEF, and other regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update policies, protocols, and guidelines related to patient care, infection control, safety, and risk management.

• Lead or participate in external audits and accreditation processes conducted by regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and accreditation organizations, ensuring readiness and successful outcomes.
  
• Provide training, education, and support to staff members on quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices for maintaining compliance and enhancing patient safety.
  
• Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformities, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and improve processes.
  
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to quality assurance, and ensure timely implementation of required updates and enhancements.
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters, providing guidance, advice, and recommendations to senior management and departmental leaders.
  
• Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability throughout the organization, promoting awareness and engagement at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in any medical background.
• Master's in hospital administration and management or MBA in Healthcare Management.
• CPHQ Trained or Certified.
• At least 3 years experience in the same position or designation.
• Desirable with HAAD/DOH License.
• Experience as a Quality Officer in homecare.
• Joining immediately is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
• Preparing all Civil, Architectural, ID inspection including material inspections.
• Prepare training plan for different trades prior to activity starting at site.
• Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.

We are seeking a QA QC Engineer to lead the quality assurance function within our Data Centre Design and Engineering Team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical design outputs, processes, and deliverables across a range of engineering projects.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a robust QA strategy tailored to electrical engineering design and documentation.

• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and compliance teams to embed quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Establish and maintain QA procedures aligned with ISO 9001, IEC, or other relevant standards.

• Ensure all design documentation, drawings, and specifications meet internal and external quality requirements.

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits and client inspections.

• Oversee quality checks on electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.

• Ensure adherence to design standards, regulatory codes, and client specifications.

• Manage the review and approval process for design deliverables.

• Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization.

• Define and monitor key quality metrics (e.g., NCRs, rework rates, audit findings).

• Provide regular quality performance reports to senior leadership and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Or equivalent data centre industry experience.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance within an engineering or construction environment.

• At least 3 years in a QA leadership or managerial role.

Skills:

• Strong background in engineering design QA/QC, including familiarity with CAD/BIM tools and design documentation standards.

• In-depth knowledge of engineering design practices and quality systems.

• Familiarity with QA tools and document control systems.
