Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Officer to uphold the highest standards of staff performance, appearance, and professionalism at Brilliant Minds Events LLC (BME). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our deployed staff meet all quality, grooming, and operational standards both before and during deployment at client sites, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Inspection & Grooming:
- Conduct daily inspections of staff grooming, appearance, and uniform compliance before deployment.
- Ensure all staff meet BME's hospitality standards for client sites such as hotels, events, and banquets.
- Documentation & Verification:
- Verify all staff documents, including Emirates ID, visas, and labor cards, to ensure they are valid and complete.
- Maintain accurate staff records and update the attendance system regularly.
- Site Supervision & Monitoring:
- Perform random site visits to ensure staff punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with BME's standards.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and client representatives to resolve any issues promptly.
- Training & Performance Feedback:
- Identify staff requiring additional training or improvement in grooming, communication, or task performance.
- Report consistent performance or conduct issues to the Operations Manager for further action.
- Incident Reporting:
- Prepare detailed daily or weekly QC reports, documenting non-compliance issues, client feedback, and corrective actions taken.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with deployment, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and replacement of staff when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in hospitality or manpower operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or event management are a plus.
