JOB PURPOS

Job Purpose:

• To supervise the implementation of the quality control and inspection plan of the Aluminum Composite Panel Division (ACP) of RMK's Laboratory
• To work hand-in hand with the Production, Store and Operations Department to ensure that all the materials and products meet the criteria or standard set by RMK Industries LLC
• To coordinate with the QC Head regarding all matters of the ACP Division
• To support all the activities of the laboratory

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1.   Supervise the Lab Assistants in the inspections to ensure compliance to the standards set by RMK Lab

2.   Approve and maintain records of the incoming raw materials inspection for the ACP Division

3.   Supervise the ACP Line QC Personnel to ensure the timely inspection of in-process materials

4.   Approve and ensure that all finished goods manufactured by the ACP Division have been thoroughly checked and tests conducted are properly documented and maintained

5.   Maintain the retained samples of the ACP Division

6.   Ensure that all instruments are clean, calibrated and in good working condition

7.   Respond to the material inquiry and work order requests in a timely manner
