1. To check, inspect and test incoming raw materials/ instruments to ensure that they meet project contract specification/ contract requirements
2. To perform the in-process inspection as per QC procedures and Inspection and Test plan (ITP)
3. To coordinate with Client/ Consultant for the verification of process inspection for varies QC activities and signing off all QC documents

Desired Candidate Profile
· A Bachelors Degree related to Engineering or Construction.
· QC experience mainly in reputed Organizations, having business in EPC Projects (and/or) Construction (and/or) Piping/ Special Structural spool Fabrication Shop (and/or) Pressure vessel manufacturing shop for having ASME Certification Marking for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Desalination, Power Plant type EPC projects.
Civil
1. To undertake inspection of batching plant
2. To perform pre concrete inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebar’s and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards.
3. To undertake inspection of Concerting, Fireproofing and Asphalt paving
4. To undertake inspection of Building works
5. To undertake inspection of field compaction test on soil, cube tests & slump tests on concrete and the various third party tests on soil and concrete.
6. To read Civil related Engineering drawing
Mechanical
1. To undertake verification of all QC related activities in Plumbing, HVAC, Equipment (Static & rotating), Fire fighting system , Painting & Insulation
2. To apply practical knowledge on the interpretation of respective International Codes & standards (Ex., ASME B31 Codes, ASME Sec IX etc.,) applicable for various jobs
3. To coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports.
4. To read and interpret the applicable drawings and documents used in the projects while executing the work and to ensure the compliance

- Perform quality control activities for the rolling stock retrofit scope.
- Conduct fleet-wide inspections as per defined containment actions and monitoring scope.

- Conduct inspections with the customer for final acceptance of punch/snag items on-site.

Qualifications:
Educational requirements:

Technical Knowledge / Experience:

OverviewThe Technical Inspector is a technical expert responsible for the assigned aircraft/workshop, ensuring the clearance of all critical (Grounding-X, Circled-X) unscheduled and scheduled maintenance and repair actions on the aircraft and components. The role involves ensuring maintenance and repair are performed according to standards, and accurate records are maintained daily.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and audit technical records supporting aircraft airworthiness in accordance with DA Pamphlet 738-751, TM 1-1500-328-23, and other applicable publications.
- Inspect aircraft and components during removal, disassembly, assembly, installation, and adjustment phases, ensuring workmanship and materials meet manufacturer specifications and maintenance manuals.
- Ensure proper documentation of work-in-progress and corrective actions in line with TAMMS-(A) and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate aircraft historical records, ensuring compliance with component SSL, overhaul, or retirement schedules.
- Execute OEM Bulletins, Maintenance, and Safety messages timely and accurately.
- Submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports as needed and assist in aircraft incident and accident investigations.
- Oversee aircraft modifications for quality compliance.
- Test airframe connections for tightness and inspect parts fit using appropriate tools.

Overview
The Technical Inspector (TI) is expected to be the technical expert on assigned aircraft and is responsible for ensuring the daily unscheduled and scheduled maintenance actions are conducted IAW authorized maintenance procedures and applicable regulations and properly documented in aircraft logbooks and historical records IAW TAMMS-A and any other relevant local procedures. Will also be responsible for : 1. Inspects Aircraft, Aircraft Parts/Components and Materials in accordance with proper procedures, methods, practices operations and safety. 2. Review and audit all technical records that supporting airworthiness of Aircraft in accordance with DA Pamphlet 738-751 and TM 1-1500-328-23. 3. Research technical data and performs inspections on assigned Aircraft, Aircraft Components and back shop repair/overhaul, both AVUM/ AVIM maintenance level. Completes inspections in accordance with applicable aircraft/component maintenance manuals. 4. Performs inspection of aircraft components during their assembly, installation and adjustment phases of incorporation onto an aircraft. Ensures the workmanship and materials conform to the aircraft manufacturers specifications and required maintenance manual procedures. 5. Ensures that all Work-In-Progress is properly documented and that corrective actions used will be recorded in accordance with TAMMS-A requirements. 6. Responsible for all the proper aircraft historical record updates, resulting in no over flights of the component TBO, overhaul or retirement schedule. 7. Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all SB's, ASAM's and Safety of Flight massages. 8. Responsible for the submission of the Quality Deficiency Reports when required and for the Quality Control assistance during all the aircraft incidents and accidents. 9. Responsible for the proper Quality Control oversight of all aircraft modifications for assigned aircraft. 10. Performs duties of Quality Control Section Supervisor (QCSS) in his absence. 11. Performs a 30 days facility audits for safety and policy compliance. 12. Performs QC maintenance duties away from base on temporary duty. 13. Reports any irregularities in daily standard practices used that would cause injury to personnel or deems the aircraft unsafe or non airworthy and advises Supervisor/Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
