We are seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all landscaping works meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and checklists for landscaping projects.
• Ensure that all landscaping works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and quality audits to maintain high standards in project execution.
• Perform on-site inspections and testing to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation processes.
• Monitor softscape (plants, trees, turf) and hardscape (pavements, structures, water features, and furniture) to ensure proper execution.

• Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action plans, and root cause analyses for quality-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering, landscaping construction, or quality control roles within the landscaping, civil, or construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in landscape project execution, quality inspections, and compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and other industry-specific standards.
• Familiarity with local regulations, environmental laws, and safety guidelines related to landscaping.
• Understanding of soil types, plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and hardscape materials.
• Ability to assess material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
