Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Quality Director to lead quality assurance and control efforts across packaging operations for our clients in perfume and cosmetics industry . The Quality Director will be responsible for maintaining the highest product quality standards ensuring regulatory compliance managing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in safeguarding product integrity and enhancing the overall quality framework across all components.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in glass manufacturing and inspection processes a strong grasp of cosmetic packaging standards and a proven track record in supplier management audit leadership and quality system development.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Strategy & Oversight- Develop and implement the overall quality strategy for the different divisions (Glass Pumps Fragrances) aligning with company standards and client expectations.
- Define quality objectives KPIs and compliance goals to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Audit and evaluate manufacturers suppliers across Europe Asia and the Middle East to ensure compliance with specifications and international quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues implement corrective actions and foster performance improvement.
- Establish and monitor supplier scorecards and drive accountability across the supply chain.
- Oversee incoming inspection processes and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for defects or nonconformities.
- Approve first article inspections quality protocols and specifications for packaging components.
- Ensure technical documentation drawings tolerances and finishes are properly validated and aligned with regulatory and brand requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients regarding packaging quality concerns claims and audits.
- Manage quality reports CAPAs and complaint resolution processes in collaboration with commercial and technical teams.
- Support client presentations audits and documentation requests related to quality certifications and procedures.
- Ensure all products and processes comply with international standards (e.g. ISO REACH FDA if applicable) and internal quality systems.
- Maintain updated documentation certifications and quality control records in line with industry best practices.
- Build and lead a crossfunctional quality team covering quality control assurance and inspection.
- Provide training mentorship and continuous development to improve quality culture across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory Expertise:
- Proven experience in quality management for packaging (glass/pump) preferably within the perfume cosmetics or luxury goods sectors.
- Indepth understanding of glass production methods quality control processes and defect identification.
- Minimum of 10 years in quality assurance with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorlevel role.
- Handson experience with supplier audits client complaints handling and compliance with international quality standards.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Material Science Industrial Chemistry or a related technical field.
- Additional certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 Six Sigma Lean CQE) are strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills especially in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for supplier and client interactions.
- High attention to detail and organizational discipline in documentation and process control.
- Fluency in interpreting technical drawings specifications and defect classification criteria.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office quality management software and ERP tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices
- Prior experience with privatelabel or custom product development processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. - Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools. - Valid certification related to Quality Assurance or Construction Quality Control is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Line Manager: Regional Manager
Job Description: Working in the QAQC department of the company. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Implementation of Inspection Programs and Standards
- Third party monitoring of inspection companies
- Producing the necessary reports covering your work activities
- Knowledge for the release and verification of Drilling and Well Completion equipment
- Monitoring of equipment assembly and disassembly
- Witnessing of pressure testing, etc. as per customer requirements
- Working in accordance with the Companies Procedures and Quality System
- Implementing Fearnley Group’s inspection standards NS-1 and NS-2 along with clients other standards such as DS-1 and API where applicable
- Knowledge and understanding of the different standards
- Drillstring Failure Prevention
- Drillstring Equipment Technical Procurement
- Drillstring Equipment Pre-load out Audits
- Auditing and Equipment Qualification, etc.
- Third party monitoring of inspection personnel
- Auditing of machine shops, supply companies and pre-load out equipment verification checks in accordance with Fearnley Group inspection levels and checklists
Experience in servicing/ maintenance/ QC in Drill string, MWD/ LWD, Motors, Liner Hangers, Well Heads (Essential)
Awareness/ Experience With Inspection To NS Standards (Essential)
Strong communication skills (written and oral) (Essential)

Job Description
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and checklists for landscaping projects.
Ensure that all landscaping works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and quality audits to maintain high standards in project execution.
Project Inspection & Quality Control
Perform on-site inspections and testing to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation processes.
Monitor softscape (plants, trees, turf) and hardscape (pavements, structures, water features, and furniture) to ensure proper execution.
Oversee the irrigation system installation and functionality, ensuring efficiency and compliance with design requirements.
Material Testing & Approval
Review and approve landscaping materials, soil quality, fertilizers, irrigation components, and plant selections.
Ensure that materials meet project standards, sustainability requirements, and environmental regulations.
Work with procurement teams to verify supplier compliance with project specifications.
Document Control & Reporting
Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action plans, and root cause analyses for quality-related issues.
Provide regular progress reports to project managers and senior management on quality performance.
Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct pre-installation meetings to review project specifications and quality expectations.
Evaluate contractor work and recommend improvements or corrective measures when needed.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
Ensure all landscaping activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards in landscaping construction and maintenance.
Support sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly materials and water-efficient irrigation systems.
Provide training sessions for staff and contractors on quality control processes and best practices.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance landscaping quality.
Implement lessons learned from past projects to improve future quality standards.
Problem-Solving & Corrective Actions
Investigate quality defects, material failures, or installation issues and implement corrective actions.
Work with the project team to prevent recurring quality issues by refining procedures and standards.
Ensure that client feedback and project requirements are incorporated into continuous quality improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to address quality concerns and ensure expectations are met.
Conduct site visits and joint inspections with clients to verify project quality before handover.
Assist in resolving any quality-related disputes or concerns between stakeholders.
Support in Project Handover & Final Inspection
Conduct final inspections and snag list preparation before project handover.
Ensure all QA/QC documentation, compliance certificates, and test results are submitted for project closeout.
Verify that maintenance guidelines and warranties for landscaping elements are properly documented.
Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities:
In addition to all job-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Basatin health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures, and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.
Information Security responsibilities:

- Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
- Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
- Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
- Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
- Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- A Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Assurance may be considered with relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering, landscaping construction, or quality control roles within the landscaping, civil, or construction industry.
- Hands-on experience in landscape project execution, quality inspections, and compliance monitoring.
- Understanding of soil types, plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and hardscape materials.
- Ability to assess material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Experience in landscape construction methods, including grading, drainage, and paving.
- Conducting site inspections to monitor workmanship and adherence to plans.
- Conducting quality tests on materials (e.g., soil testing, water quality, plant health assessments).
- Reviewing and approving supplier materials for quality compliance.
- Preparing QA/QC reports, checklists, and site audit documents.
- Maintaining records of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action
- Identifying defects or deviations in landscaping work before project completion.
- Addressing quality issues proactively and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, suppliers, and labor teams.
