• Relevant professional experience (minimum 5 years)

Job Summary: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Building Projects, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and providing support to the project team.

• Prepare and manage all cost reporting for building projects, including budgets, forecasts, and variations
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to help control project costs
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to negotiate and procure materials and services at the best possible prices
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveyors and other project team members
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents and contracts to ensure they are commercially sound

The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the companys cost control function across all construction and real estate development projects. This role involves developing implementing and monitoring cost control systems budgets and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency profitability and adherence to project budgets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
