+ Practiced the application and development of RAM and Safety analyses following the EN-50126 suite of standards, as well as other standards such as MIL-STD-882.

+ GCC experience is preferred.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Review and convey Engineer's consent to the Contractors' Baseline schedule of works in line with Contract conditions, and using Parsons Recommended Practices.
+ Validation of compatibility of project resources for timely completion of the project.
+ Develop Master Schedule integrating multiple packages considering their interdependencies to identify and reflect the impact of one schedule/project on others.
+ Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them in the Project Risk Register.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Landscape Engineer** to join our team!
**What You'll Be Doing:**
Performs a variety of field engineering assignments by applying basic engineering techniques and analysis. The Landscape Engineer is exposed to various aspects of field engineering and construction activities while gaining exposure to Company procedures and industry practices. Some assignments may involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. May give functional guidance to craft personnel.
+ The landscape architect/engineer will be responsible for coordinating the design, resolving issues arising from the site related to hard and soft landscaping.
+ Develop proposal in coordination with the Client's requirement and liaising with the designer.
+ Performs various field engineering assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories typically studied in a Bachelors in engineering program, as well as general industry practices.
+ Review Contractors submission against the Contract documents and provide necessary approval. The landscape Architect will review the shop drawings, document submittal, material and technical proposals. The approval of these drawings shall be in compliance to the Contract requirements.
+ Review prequalification of Contractors/subcontractors and provide necessary recommendation to the Client.
+ Site inspection as necessary to ensure the works executed are in compliance and acceptable
+ Selection of plants/trees from the external sources before shipping to site.
+ Thorough knowledge of the specious of plant used in the region and their requirements
+ Thorough knowledge of the irrigation standards, requirements and type used for different type of plantation.
+ May provide functional guidance to craft personnel.
+ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
+ Experience in authority related requirements, standards and specification.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
+ Min 12+ years of experience in design and construction supervision of Landscape and Irrigation projects, preferably in UAE.
+ Experience in large scale projects experience is required.
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
+ Fundamental knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as good written and oral communication skills.
+ Construction Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability expertise.
+ International and Local Authority Standards and Statutory requirement in the field of specialization.
