• Bring minimum 5 years of experience in a design-focused engineering role within the automotive sector, demonstrating expertise and accomplishment in similar environments.

As a Product Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our product innovation, leading the design, development, and optimization of atmospheric water generation and air conditioning devices. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience in R&D who is eager to develop new products from concept to reality. You will be responsible for conducting R&D activities, utilizing CFD design software, and applying mechanical and thermal engineering principles to invent competitive, high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production, focusing on atmospheric water generation and air conditioning technologies.
• R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development activities to explore new concepts, materials, and technologies that will enhance product performance and sustainability.
• Simulation & Modeling: Use CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) design software, such as ANSYS or COMSOL, to simulate and optimize the thermal and fluid dynamics performance of our devices.

You will be part of the team trading European power and gas markets and will work closely with researchers and traders helping them develop models, tools and analytics solutions.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of working experience, preferably in commodity markets
2. Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, NoSQL, and one of GoLang/C#/C++)

Job Description

PURPOSE & SCOPE: Engineers at this level are responsible for the review of enquiry documentation and the Scope of Work for an enquiry and for carrying out allocated duties related to the preparation and issue of Engineering deliverables during project execution. This can include site visits.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receives allocated duties and reviews enquiry documentation from client together with Scope of Work to understand what is required. Raises queries through Lead Engineer where there is lack of clarity. Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.
2. Prepares specifications, data sheets and undertakes calculations to meet requirements of allocated tasks.
3. Verify drafting for compliance with other engineering documents.
4. Co-ordinates with the Design Office Coordinator.
5. Prepares the PR, including the Bill of Materials; specifications; datasheets/drawings; inspection test requirements; and vendor data requirements.
6. Undertakes technical evaluations of vendor offers for items to ensure PR’s technical details are satisfied.
7. Assist Lead Engineer in pre-engineering site surveys in order to provide input information to facilitate detailed engineering.
8. Prepares material take-offs for Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
9. Coordinates with Telecommunication System Integrator (TSI).
10. Coordinates with third party for various Coverage studies / Telecommunication Workshops.

Skills Required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. B.Sc. in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering.
2. 3 year’s Engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
3. Good understanding of specific Engineering discipline.
4. Knowledge of Engineering Specifications and Software.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
