Key responsibilities- Manage a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory tailored to food and flavour innovation.
- Select and validate analytical instruments and methodologies aligned with Kerry’s innovation goals.
- Operate and carry out analysis for Flavour (GC, GC-MS, LC, SPME, etc.), Food rheology and Ingredient functionality
- Develop SOPs, quality systems, and safety protocols in accordance with regulatory compliance.
- Interpret complex data to support formulation, shelf-life, and sensory performance.
- Partner with R&D, sensory, and application teams to translate analytical results into practical insights for product development.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting formulation challenges using analytical insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in food analysis.
- Train other team members and foster a culture of scientific excellence and curiosity.
- MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in food and flavor analysis, experience working in flavour house is desirable
- Strong hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and method development.

- Strong stakeholder management and workload prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of development in a fast-paced environment.
