The Role

This role offers you the opportunity of hands-on-real-world experience within the Private Investments team. You will have strong visibility within the organization, and you will work on investment opportunities from initiation to exit. This includes early stage analysis, structuring of the deal and overseeing the investment all the way to exit. What we are looking for

Our Investment Management team is looking for a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, who is UAE-based with 8+ years of relevant experience having direct exposure to investment projects. An ideal candidate would have had experience with a reputable Investment Bank or a Private Investment firm and have had the opportunity to work on various Real Estate investment opportunities among others. The individual must demonstrate exceptional fundamental analysis skills including ability to evaluate overall market impact on investments.

We value individuals who demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking, discipline, resilience, clarity in communication and genuine passion for attention to details in support of investment opportunities.

The candidate must have a university degree in Finance or equivalent. An MBA is a plus.

To be considered you must demonstrate:

• Conduct Due Diligence for target investments as well as valuation analysis based on true drivers.
