RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and issue valuation advice across both commercial and residential property, principally for secured lending, in line with RICS Red Book requirements.
- Undertake a peer review of reports prepared by surveyors prior to issue to the client.
- Manage and take an active role in training junior surveyors in the preparation of valuation and property advice.
- Cultivate new client relationships.
- Overseeing a team of surveyors in relation to instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.
- To the extent required, assist in the delivery of LPA receivership and restructuring cases, blending valuation, asset management and transaction management skillsets.
- Undertake advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis and value recovery particularly in relation to workout and insolvency scenarios.
- Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.
