Overview of the role:
To provide exceptional front-line customer service that enhances the shopping experience for all visitors to the retail centre. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, offering accurate information about the mall’s services, stores, and promotions, and ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the mall's commitment to service excellence. The customer service staff also supports daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and tenants, contributing to a safe, friendly, and customer-focused environment.
This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence within the shopping centre industry. As the face of Dubai Festival City Mall, the Customer Service staff will handle all visitor inquiries and assistance with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. The role requires strict adherence to the Customer Service Guidelines and full compliance with all HR policies and procedures
What you will do:
Customer Service:
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors, with sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of diverse customer expectations
Site Knowledge:
- Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the retail centre to assist to any customer queries.
Mall Collaterals:
- Responsible for maintaining adequate stock of mall collaterals.
Resolution of Problem:
- Responsible for proactively resolving customer complaints/ issues within the delegated level of authority
Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments within the mall, with respect to any issues relevant to these areas.
- Provide Gift Card and Business Service Support
Management Support:
- Provide support to the inter-departments at DFCM so as to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitor experience or make business and marketing decisions.
Emergency Aid and Response Team Member:
- Provide basic level first aid services and emergency assistance to the customer.
Required skills to be successful:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Graduation in any degree.
- Fluent in English, preferably in Arabic or any other language would be an advantage.
- 2 years’ relevant customer service experience in a shopping Centre or hospitality background preference for front-desk.

Overview of the role:
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in upholding Al Futtaim Malls’ accounting policies and ensuring all financial reporting aligns with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The role supports the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial operations and forecasting. It also includes providing technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards, and ensuring full compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
To manage and control various financial and accounting systems and procedures of the company in accordance with the internationally accepted standard and monitor its internal control to ensure financial stability and maintain complete transparency and accuracy in the system.
What you will do:
Internal Stakeholder Support
- Provide timely and effective financial support to internal stakeholders including Regional Mall Management, Mall Owners, Retail Business Teams, HR, Marketing and Facilities Management.
- Support includes business reviews, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, tailored to meet business requirements through clear and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete accounting cycle for Arabian Center Mall. (Revenue, Expense, Closing, Reporting, Audit & CIT).
- Ensure leasing contracts are activated after verification and execute contract-related posting runs accurately and on time.
- Review and verify LPOs, accurately code and post approved expenses into relevant GL accounts and cost centers, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) for both Opex and Capex.
- Ensure Balance sheet reconciliation is conducted on a quarterly basis and items required further analysis to be highlighted and device plans to reconcile.
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation and review of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and related KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with the consolidation team to deliver timely and accurate cash flow inputs for both weekly and monthly forecasts.
Reporting & Analysis
- Build and maintain dynamic Excel-based models and automation tools to support effective and insightful management reporting.
- Building presentation for all management reporting’s within the stipulated timelines
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility into financial performance and support decision-making based on evolving business needs.
Compliance & Audit
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing and coordinating with the respective business to complete the budget and forecast exercise on quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of required information.
- Oversee accurate and timely filing of corporate income tax, VAT returns, and other statutory obligations.
- Support transfer pricing compliance by preparing relevant documentation and working closely with group tax and external advisors.
Required skills to be successful:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- CA/ACCA/Post-graduate degree or any other equivalent qualification in commerce / accounting / finance with knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Systems is necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary; SAP/Yardi expertise will be preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience working in diverse teams; real estate construction / projects environment experience will be preferred.

To ensure accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. Responsible for a wide range of accounting - payable functions, including reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and trend analysis. What you will do:
Customers
To provide support to internal customers: Malls business team in relation to financial reporting of expenses, through effective communication in order to meet the business needs and contribute to improving current processes
Center point of contact for Business on all expense related matters. Approving all PR's in Ariba prior to approval of Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete accounting cycle for Malls. (Expense, Monthly Closing Accruals & Reporting).
Ensure PO's are addressed in system on a monthly basis against completed works & services. Cumulative monthly provision to be reviewed and calculated on monthly basis.
Evaluation of various expense requests in terms of justification for the expenses, budget availability etc., verification of LPO’s, coding and posting of approved expenses as per budget in respective GL Accounts, cost centres and ensure approval as per DOA for Opex & Capex.
Ensure approved payments are released as per agreed payment terms and all supporting documents are in compliance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and approved as per DOA, including timely settlement for Intercompany payments.
Liaise with FP&A team and provide the cash flow inputs for weekly and monthly forecasts.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting for all operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex) and provide detailed schedules to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to aid in budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare expense trackers and reports at the end of each month for submission to the FP&A team for review and dashboard reporting preparation.
Ensure Balance sheet reconciliation is conducted on a quarterly basis with detailed schedule for all expense related items for Finance Manager’s review.
Ensure that all recoverable expenses are accurately and promptly recorded in coordination with both the Accounts Receivable team and the business team.
Ensuring all payments are reviewed before getting released and providing confirmation to signatories and reviewing cashflow impact.
Providing support to FP&A for preparing schedules (Utilities, Capex, Expenses etc.) and co-ordinating with external auditor.
Coordinating with Bank for necessary DOA updates like signatories, access, preparing Memos and liaise with Owner for necessary approvals.

Overview of the role:
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in upholding Al Futtaim Malls’ accounting policies and ensuring all financial reporting aligns with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The role supports the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial operations and forecasting. It also includes providing technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards, and ensuring full compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
To manage and control various financial and accounting systems and procedures of the company in accordance with the internationally accepted standard and monitor its internal control to ensure financial stability and maintain complete transparency and accuracy in the system.
What you will do:
Internal Stakeholder Support
- Provide timely and effective financial support to internal stakeholders including Regional Mall Management, Mall Owners, Retail Business Teams, HR, Marketing and Facilities Management.
- Support includes business reviews, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, tailored to meet business requirements through clear and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete accounting cycle for Arabian Center Mall. (Revenue, Expense, Closing, Reporting, Audit & CIT).
- Ensure leasing contracts are activated after verification and execute contract-related posting runs accurately and on time.
- Review and verify LPOs, accurately code and post approved expenses into relevant GL accounts and cost centers, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) for both Opex and Capex.
- Ensure Balance sheet reconciliation is conducted on a quarterly basis and items required further analysis to be highlighted and device plans to reconcile.
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation and review of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and related KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with the consolidation team to deliver timely and accurate cash flow inputs for both weekly and monthly forecasts.
Reporting & Analysis
- Build and maintain dynamic Excel-based models and automation tools to support effective and insightful management reporting.
- Building presentation for all management reporting’s within the stipulated timelines
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility into financial performance and support decision-making based on evolving business needs.
Compliance & Audit
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing and coordinating with the respective business to complete the budget and forecast exercise on quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of required information.
- Oversee accurate and timely filing of corporate income tax, VAT returns, and other statutory obligations.
- Support transfer pricing compliance by preparing relevant documentation and working closely with group tax and external advisors.
Required skills to be successful:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- CA/ACCA/Post-graduate degree or any other equivalent qualification in commerce / accounting / finance with knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Systems is necessary.
