Common tasks involved and typical work activities include:
- Collecting information about a commercial property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
- Maintaining expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or meter etc.) within Dubai.
- Confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers, tenants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Creating and attending commercial property valuations.
- Creating and attending commercial property viewings.
- Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
- Monitoring sales and lets as they proceed with the assistance of our Progression team.
- Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local commercial property market.
- Commercial or Residential real estate sales and/or rental experience in the UAE and/or UK preferably.
- RERA certified.
- Positive and hardworking attitude.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
- Presentable, professional, and honest.
- Smart business dress is required at all times.

- Punctuality and contribution to the company are essential.

Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:
- Manage the business of the assigned team through the designated Coverage team and their performance.
- Partner with the Real Estate department in service delivery, working independently to grow revenue for the Bank while managing risk in the portfolio. Develop credit skills and understand acceptable risk/reward parameters for customers in the portfolio, empowered with authority to handle exceptions and resolve customer service issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and service-related issues proactively to release resources for cross-selling other complex products.
- Possess good customer and corporate product knowledge, effective problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to satisfy customers, meet performance targets, and work effectively with various parties to achieve results.
- Maintain a level of zero expiry for all assigned tasks.
- Achieve the annual target for performing loans assigned by Senior Management.
- Cross-sell GFM, GTB products, and all other relevant products to benefit the customer.
- Maintain NPL below 4%. Conduct credit review/renewal timely.
- Ensure satisfactory audit reports.
- Deliver superior customer service by acting as a client service manager to proactively help customers resolve problems.
- Enhance credit analysis skills.
- Ensure all internal processes for the existing portfolio are met in line with Bank's policies & procedures.
- Adhere to procedures and processes in documentation of call reports, KYC, and all operational matters. Turn around new to bank proposals as per agreed SLA.
Specific Accountabilities
- Sound knowledge of appraisals, financial modeling, and legal/regulatory environments.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation.
- Ability to manage people and work under pressure.
- Capable of organizing the workload and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports.
- Function within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
- Authorized to make decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Business; professional qualification in accounting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English/Arabic is preferable.
