Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote PSI as an employer of choice.
  • Facilitate offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform HR leadership decisions.
  • Stay updated on real estate industry recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Proficient in ATS and recruitment software/tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.
