to manage recruitment delivery, strengthen our employer brand, drive employee engagement, support Emiratization, and build university partnerships. This role combines day-to-day recruitment with strategic HR marketing and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver hiring against the approved manpower plan and build strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and track 6-month retention for new hires.
- Report quarterly on recruitment results vs. targets.
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the careers page.
- Prepare weekly content plans, draft/review posts with senior leaders, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
