• Keep current and adopt best practices and industry standards in the field of talent acquisition through research and benchmarking to ensure continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
• Assist in updating the recruitment policy, procedures, and processes in accordance with the latest UAE Labour Law to ensure validity of information.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on key talent acquisition related metrics, including monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
• Perform data entry and updates in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, such as SAP, Oracle, etc., in accordance with the recruitment policies and procedures and ensure accuracy of information to support the recruitment process. - Talent Management and Development:
• Ensure completion of required trainings and certification programs to keep current with job requirements and ensure continuous performance improvements.
• Obtain timely performance review assessments for midyear and annual performance review and ensure to meet the set KPIs.
• Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing to build internal capabilities of the team and maximize their effective performance.
• Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in line with the objectives of the Authority and its Emiratization strategy. - Corporate:
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all ADAA corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health and Safety, etc.).
• Prepare section’s related correspondence such as e-mails, memos, and letters to ensure professionalism, completeness, and accuracy of information.
• Retain, document, preserve, and archive section’s related physical and electronic records in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Respond to any section-related queries and provide required support to relevant ADAA’s organizational units and employees as needed.
• Utilize relevant technologies used within ADAA to optimize work efficiency.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. - General:
• The level of performance should reflect the academic qualification, type of courses in the field of specialization, employee job level, and productivity level.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, focusing on construction, technical, corporate, and support functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, across various sectors within the group.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent needs.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
