The successful candidate should have the following:
- Recruitment Consulting experience with In-House Legal professionals or a Sales professional with working knowledge of the Legal profession and an interest in a career change to Recruitment
- Track record of building client partnership relationships and tailoring recruitment solutions to meet the needs of a varied client base.
- Demonstrable loyalty and success.
- Track record of building and managing relevant and successful, mutually beneficial relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach with a passion for delivering top quality service

Responsibilities:
- Building client relationships, delivering on senior-level roles through cold & warm business development to maximise on business.
- Headhunt for executives in the market that are suitable for briefs set by some of the industry's leading brands.
- Actively research the eTail market for industry news & up and coming innovations, whilst also gathering insights into active candidates and client hiring/projects.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years recruitment experience in UAE market
- Based in Dubai OR Open to relocation.
- Middle East / GCC market knowledge
- A background in tech or tech sales is preferable
