Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:

Maintain employee records, manage payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with aviation training institutions.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring recommendations based on organizational needs and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, define job descriptions, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Employee Engagement & Development:
Implement employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition schemes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Plan and coordinate training and development activities to support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans as needed.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the aviation industry in the UAE.
Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly within aviation services.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.

- Skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, NPS, and quality of hire.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms - Jobvite experience is a bonus.
