The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire recruitment process, from start to finish. This entails partnering with business stakeholders and HR professionals to ensure that our growth plans are supported by top talent.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, including attracting, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding candidates. They will also develop a comprehensive network of talented individuals to meet our business requirements.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with business units and line managers to assess recruitment needs and provide innovative solutions to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely completion of each stage.
- Support and educate line managers on appropriate assessment tools to identify the right talent.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, headhunting, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and conduct assessment days to identify suitable candidates for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely completion of each stage.
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
