- Bulk Hiring Management: Manage bulk hiring projects while maintaining open and transparent communication with stakeholders and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Process Optimization: Champion the automation of applicant tracking and recruitment processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within the system. Introduce and manage new recruitment channels (e.g., social media, career fairs, university partnerships) to attract top talent while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation and Reporting: Work closely with HR Business Partners and department heads to gather manpower requirements and develop sourcing plans. Generate regular recruitment status reports for management, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Employer Branding: Design and implement recruitment messaging to enhance the employer brand through various mediums, partnering with the marketing team for internal and external communications. Manage participation in career fairs and exhibitions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Mid-Senior level expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
