Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition
to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent that supports PSI's dynamic growth in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote PSI as an employer of choice.
- Facilitate offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform HR leadership decisions.
- Stay updated on real estate industry recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Proficient in ATS and recruitment software/tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi job market and labor regulations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural fit for the company.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.

- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and Junior Recruiters are welcome to apply.
- For mid-to-senior Recruiters, we would be looking at a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, within a Recruitment Agency, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or any second language is an advantage.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
