Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for veterinary roles, including doctors, nurses, technicians, receptionists, and other clinical or support staff.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms, including job boards, social media, and veterinary-specific networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on required qualifications, clinical experience, and licensing.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final rounds with hiring teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Support licensing and onboarding coordination, particularly for overseas hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pool and pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and veterinary schools when required.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.

- Familiarity with licensing and equivalency processes for international candidates is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
