Position OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to client coordination and placement. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing & NetworkingSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, job portals, databases, and internal ATS (Zoho Recruit) .
Use Boolean and AI-assisted searches to identify niche profiles across multiple sectors.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring roles in Education, Healthcare, Construction, Logistics, and Hospitality.
2. Candidate Screening & EvaluationConduct detailed screening interviews (telephonic/online) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Prepare structured candidate evaluation reports and share shortlists with clients.
Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate expectations throughout the process.
3. Client Coordination & Relationship ManagementLiaise with clients to understand role requirements, salary ranges, and job specifications.
Prepare and share client recommendation forms, interview feedback summaries, and follow-up reports.
Maintain strong, consultative relationships with existing clients and support business development by identifying new hiring needs.
4. Recruitment AdministrationUpdate and track all candidate and client interactions through Zoho Recruit CRM.
Prepare offer letters, follow up on joining formalities, and ensure placement documentation is completed.
Support visa, onboarding, and compliance coordination where required.
5. Market Research & Talent IntelligenceStay informed on UAE labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent mobility.
Support Salary Benchmarking team in data collection for specific industries.
Provide insights to management on candidate availability and client demand by sector.
Key Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or consultancy background preferred).
Strong sourcing expertise across diverse industries .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms.
Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Knowledge of UAE labor law , visa procedures, and employment classifications (MOHRE).
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (UAE/GCC preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
Strong MS Office and digital sourcing tool proficiency.
