Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Red Team Cybersecurity Specialist to join our offensive security operations. In this high-impact role, you'll proactively identify weaknesses before attackers do, simulating advanced persistent threats (APTs) to rigorously test our systems, people, and infrastructure.

This is a key position for a hands-on expert who thrives on ethical hacking and wants to build a best-in-class offensive security function.

What You’ll Do

Execute Realistic Engagements: Design and lead red team engagements that simulate real-world threat actors.

Conduct Full-Scope Testing: Perform comprehensive internal and external penetration tests across web, mobile, and network infrastructure.

Exploit & Escalate: Identify vulnerabilities, develop custom exploits, and escalate privileges.

Use Adversary Tools: Utilize C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, or Empire .

Perform Social Engineering: Conduct social engineering assessments, including phishing, vishing, and physical intrusion tests.

Stay Ahead of Threats: Map attack surfaces using tools like BloodHound and SharpHound and stay current on adversary TTPs using MITRE ATT&CK .

Develop Malware: Create custom malware, obfuscate payloads, and bypass EDR/XDR solutions.

Report & Collaborate: Generate actionable reports for the blue team with clear risk analysis and work with them to enhance detection and response capabilities.

What You Bring

Experience: 6+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years of dedicated hands-on offensive security and red teaming.

Technical Skills: Strong command of tools like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, and Nmap .

Scripting: Experience with custom script development in Python, Bash, or PowerShell .

Core Knowledge: A deep understanding of Active Directory exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation techniques.

Frameworks: Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP .

Communication: The ability to write detailed reports and clearly communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in penetration testing, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
  2. Must be Arabic speaking.
  3. Proven hands-on experience with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, and Wireshark.
  4. Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and secure network design.
  5. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks and streamline processes.
  6. Hands-on experience of vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat hunting and compromise assessment.
  7. Experience working in Energy or Construction industry projects is a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS

  1. CCNA/CCNP or higher.
  2. Microsoft AZ500 or higher.
  3. Must be ISO 27001 auditor.
  4. CREST/CHECK/OSCP/SANS or equivalent(s) – nice to have.

SKILLS

  1. Working knowledge of cloud security architecture, specifically within Microsoft Azure.
  2. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve complex security challenges.

Cyber Security Consultant at T2S: As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be responsible for protecting our customers' digital assets from cyber threats. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our cyber security strategy to keep systems and data secure. Work on various challenging projects using the latest technologies in cyber security, including monitoring for vulnerabilities, building firewalls, and responding to security incidents. Develop and test new security measures , investigate IT security incidents, and enhance our security infrastructure. Train and advise colleagues on best practices , promoting a culture of security awareness. Your decisions and strategies will protect our customers' products and services, contributing to our business's overall success.   • Knowledge of secure development principles and OWASP Top 10
