What will you be doing here?
● P&L Ownership & Strategic Leadership: Assume full profit and loss responsibility for the MENA region. Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with Neokred's global objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership for both Payment Gateway and Digital Identity & KYC solutions.
● Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive aggressive sales targets for both product lines, identifying and securing high-value clients across key sectors such as financial services, e-commerce, gaming, government, and large enterprises. Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
● Partnership Development & Management: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players, including banks, financial institutions, technology providers, and large enterprises, to expand market reach and accelerate adoption of Neokred's solutions.
● Market Expansion & Penetration: Lead market entry strategies into new MENA territories, conducting thorough market analysis, identifying opportunities, and adapting sales approaches to local nuances and regulatory environments.
● Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales and business development team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
● Product & Solution Advocacy: Act as a primary advocate for Neokred's Payment Gateway and Digital Identity & KYC offerings, deeply understanding their technical capabilities, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
● High-Level Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
● Market Intelligence & Adaptation: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., central bank regulations, data privacy laws) across MENA to inform strategic adjustments and product enhancements.
● Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and insightful sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to the executive leadership team.
Who are we looking for?
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
● Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership, with a significant portion dedicated to the fintech, payments, digital identity, regtech, or SaaS industries.
● Demonstrated P&L management experience with a clear track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
● Extensive and proven sales and partnership development experience within the UAE and broader MENA region is mandatory.
● Deep understanding of Payment Gateway products, digital identity verification, KYC, AML, and regional regulatory compliance requirements.
● Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales and business development teams.
● Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
