Role Purpose:

The role holder of this position will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing KIND's overall sales & market share growth strategy for the current product portfolio of HVAC, with potential expansion into additional categories aligned with shareholder vision. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales department of Khansaheb Industries and oversee Sales & Business Development across all locations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales and market share growth strategies for HVAC's current products (Signature ductwork Spiralite, GI, Fire-duct, Equipment, Energy-saving products, Indoor Air Quality products) and future additions, in line with KIND's strategic vision.
  2. Business/Financial Modelling: Prepare, monitor, and deliver the annual sales budget for all products and locations. Manage revenue and gross margin budgets, highlighting KIND's capabilities in HVAC to grow the business through new client acquisition.
  3. Market Survey & Analysis: Conduct market surveys, identify growth opportunities, prepare competitor and market reports, and update stakeholders monthly on market conditions and opportunities.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate new business, maximize sales, enhance staff productivity, improve service quality, and ensure sustainability. Enhance Khansaheb Industries' image through collaboration with internal teams, customers, government authorities, and industry forums.
  5. Leadership & Team Building: Provide leadership and serve as a positive role model for the sales team.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned.

The Regional Sales Manager for MENA will be responsible for identifying and driving pipeline growth and executing the sales strategy for Fortanix in the region. The role includes building a sustainable and predictable business, achieving ARR bookings targets, developing pipeline, managing the GTM, and enhancing our solutions' brand presence. A strong understanding of the cybersecurity market is essential, along with a proven track record in new business acquisition and existing customer growth.

We are looking for a MENA Regional Sales Manager based in the UAE or KSA with at least 7 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically within enterprise cybersecurity software. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Responsibilities

Report to the Regional Sales & Service Manager, your missions are:

  • Identify each key customers width of the wallet potential
  • Convert sales leads into purchase orders leveraging key contractual negotiation skills while deploying our terms and conditions
  • Prospect new clients in all relevant market segments
  • Identify & analyse customer needs
  • Contribute to scope of the Company’s offering within the region
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan for regional customers and associated actions plans
  • Look for potential local/regional partners to increase the sales activity
  • Maintain close relationships with the end users and manage the company installed base.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of the CRM
Qualifications

What we expect from you:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Extensive experience in regional sales of LV switchgear/MCC into the O&G industry
  • Experience in proposing retrofit and upgrade solutions for legacy switchgears
  • Google Suite and CRM software knowledge required
