The Opportunity

As Regional Director (Middle East), you will be the senior commercial leader for the region, responsible for defining and delivering a high impact growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive market penetration, develop strategic partnerships and build a high-performance team capable of delivering significant revenue growth and profitability. This is a highly visible role with the autonomy to shape the company's regional footprint and the potential to step into a wider Eastern Hemisphere leadership remit as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's commercial and operational activities across the GCC, aligning with global growth objectives.
  • Establish, develop and manage relationships with major operators, EPCs and strategic partners in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through targeted business development, networking, channel expansion and key account management.
  • Progress and secure strategic partnerships to underpin long-term growth in the region.
  • Recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing multicultural team, embedding a performance driven culture.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to adapt strategy for maximum impact.
  • Act as the company's ambassador and thought leader at industry events, reinforcing market leadership and expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15+ years senior commercial or business leadership experience within the upstream/downhole oil & gas sector in the Middle East.
  • Proven network and track record of success with major operators, EPC's, distributors and industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling regional business units in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong P&L management skills, with a deep understanding of sales operations and strategic market development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Experience with centraliser, casing, or downhole technology products is advantageous.
