• A 2-year trade certificate in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in maintenance—facilities, auto, electrical, civil mechanics—in a large organization, ideally in aviation ground support or cargo handling.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, automobile, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems of light vehicles or material handling equipment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Kitchen Equipment Repair Specialist to join our Facilities Department.

• Repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment including walk-in freezers, steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.
• Installation of new equipment and replacement of defective parts.
• Proficiency in soldering and brazing for refrigeration maintenance and compressor installation.
• Optimization of PPM operations to prevent downtime.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience preferably 5 or more in key kitchen equipment repair and maintenance. To succeed as a Key Kitchen Equipment Repair Specialist you should be confident in maintenance and repair tasks troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

Your Mission:

Perform effective and efficient repairs of all the relevant Jewelry product categories in line with Bulgari Standards whilst respecting the cost, quality and lead time objectives as defined by the Supervisor.

Main Accountabilities:

Perform Jewelry repairs including reconditioning, component replacement and repair, polishing, cleaning, rhodium plating, gem settings, laser and gas soldering, prong manufacturing and repair, ring resizing, stone cutting/shaping and quality check.

Clean the jewelries in ultrasonic cleaner after polishing/rhodium plating.

Develop new repair techniques in order to be more efficient with the repairs.

Define the authenticity and reparability of the product and provide technical evaluation including the definition of the spare parts needed.

Perform in-system evaluation of the repair (e.g. cost estimate, spare parts needed).

Cooperate with the Supervisor in order to define the daily workflow.

Perform self-quality control of the repairs before handing it for the final Quality Control.
