Role purpose:

  • The position is responsible for providing value added services accurately efficiently and within established turnaround time policies and procedures.

  • No major audit findings from Internal or CBUAE auditors.

Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:

Your profile

Experience: 2–4 years in reporting, coordination, or internal operations roles —within strategy, PMO, or program support environments in Defence and Aerospace

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum GPA 3.5

Strong English speaking and writing skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing polished, structured outputs.

Highly organized and methodical; able to manage multiple moving parts reliably.

Proactive and dependable — able to work independently with minimal follow-up.

Clear communicator, especially in written materials and slide presentations
