We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making in the electricity power transmission sector. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into grid performance, asset health, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets from EMS and asset management systems, and a strong understanding of power transmission operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as transmission losses, load forecasts, outage events, and asset performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including EMS, GIS, and ERP platforms into Power BI.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and regulatory teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
• Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.
• Automate data refreshes and reporting workflows using Power BI Service and Power Query.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to internal users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Stay updated on Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

• 5+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience working with operational data in the energy or utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of power transmission systems and grid operations.
• Familiarity with SQL and data integration techniques

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with EMS data and asset management systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM).
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in the power sector.

Role: Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Location: Dubai

Role purpose:

• The position is responsible for providing value added services accurately efficiently and within established turnaround time policies and procedures.
• Ensure that necessary information through MIS is provided to Central Bank internal/external auditors & other internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

• Accurate monthly submission of CBRB data to the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) in compliance with regulatory guidelines approved SOPs and defines SLAs.
• Handle queries from within the bank and/ or CBUAE with the highest level of professionalism.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and the IT Department to automate the CBRB data gathering process.
• Ensure that all required amendments to CBRB data extracts are carried out in accordance with requirements defined by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).
• Compile and present a monthly MIS report outlining areas for improvement.
• To conduct UAT on the data refinement requests made through the ITD department.
• Perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
• Submission of CBRB data while ensuring accuracy in strict adherence to policies and procedures and SLA.
• No major audit findings from Internal or CBUAE auditors.

Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:

• Thorough knowledge of ADIBs retail and corporate products.
• A thorough understanding of Banks Policies and product knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
• Effective communication skills in English and preferably knowledge in Arabic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience required:

This role supports the Head of Strategy in driving internal coordination, reporting, and documentation excellence, especially within the context of offset programs and internal business planning. In this position, you will work in the strategy function as part of the Business Development & Offset team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard & Data Management: Maintain and update dashboards that track offset program milestones, KPIs, and internal deliverables.

Document & Presentation Support: Format, standardize, and finalize business plans, slide decks, and program documentation for senior internal and external audiences. Ensure all outputs meet branding and compliance requirements.

Project Submission Coordination: Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders, prepare exhibits and supporting material (e.g., Basis of Estimates), and ensure timely submission of deliverables to corporate and government counterparts.
