SECTION I: POSITION SUMMARY
The Research Analyst role is to research on the Construction Industry across GCC. To call the respective Associates contacts and get the latest information on projects.

SECTION II: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching on the key projects happening in UAE/GCC and updating the project in the Project Intell Portal.
  • Reading news articles related to the Construction industry and analyzing the data.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the associates like Consultant, contractors, and Sub Contractors.
  • Getting maximum information on the assigned projects in the Inbox and updating and sending them for QC.
  • Generate leads for the Sales Team by fixing appointments with the key contacts of the companies who could be our prospective customers to use the portal.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project updates according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond to existing customers' queries on Project Intell and update on the ERP.
  • Prepare reports on the target achieved and send Daily reports/Weekly reports.
  • Present the weekly report in the weekly review meeting with suggestions/ideas to improve quality and quantity of data.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

The Research Analyst will work under the guidance of the Project Research and Communications Specialist and will focus on economic research to support the revision of the GKI and contribute to discussions on economic and human capital development. Key responsibilities include:

    Min. Education requirements

    Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in Economics Econometrics Statistics Social Sciences or a related field is required. or

    A firstlevel university degree (Bachelors degree) in the areas mentioned above in combination with two 2 additional years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of a Masters degree.

    Min. years of relevant work experienceA minimum of two 2 years (with Masters degree) or four 4 years (with Bachelors degree) of work experience in the areas of economic research data analysis and policy development in thematic areas related to social sciences and economics.Required skillsStrong proficiency in data collection and statistical software and excellent research analytical and data management skills.Desired skills in addition to the competencies covered in the Competencies section
