The Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies at Ajman University invites applications for a full-time/adjunct position (Animal Facility Research Technician). The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the animal research facility, ensure compliance with institutional and international standards of animal care, and provide technical support to researchers. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on expertise in animal husbandry and experimental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee animal housing, feeding, health monitoring and breeding to ensure high standards of animal welfare.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and biosecurity.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate with vendors for repair and servicing.
