- Respond to changes in the department as dictated by hotel management.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner and report to Restaurant Manager ensuring follow-up with the guest.
- Follow established opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing a multi-tasking principle and check their performance periodically.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of two years in a luxury property, resort experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- International work experience in at least two regions: Asia, Europe, North America, and preferably the Middle East.
- Hotel or bar pre-opening or renovation experience is preferred.
