57 years of professional experience in business transformation projects with a strong focus on:

- Retail supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Warehouse management optimization
- Financial transformation andERP (SAP FICO)
- Health insurance process outsourcing
- Proven track record in delivering operational efficiency cost optimization and transformation outcomes across one or more of the above domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication client engagement and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting or in-house transformation roles is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
