**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Work closely with Traffic & Delivery Lead, Engineering Leads and Senior Drafter to ensure the project's compliance with the given policies and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate lighting plans, sections, details, and schedules using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Develop and manage Revit families for lighting fixtures and controls in coordination with design teams.
- Assist with updating project documentation across design phases (SD, DD, CD).
2. BIMCoordination
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to coordinate models and integrate lighting layouts into BIM workflows.
- Participate in clash detection, model audits, and updates based on coordination meetings.
- Manage file organization and version control within BIM360 or other project platforms.
3. Technical Support
- Assist in the creation of lighting documentation packages, including fixture specifications and control diagrams.
- Support lighting calculations or visualizations (with tools like DIALux).
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
We'd love to hear from you if you have skills in:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in a drafting or BIM technician role, preferably in architecture, interior, or lighting design environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), Revit / BIM360 (strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with lighting terminology, electrical plans, and architectural coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Basic understanding of lighting design principles is a plus.
- Experience with DIALux, Relux, or AGi32 is a bonus but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects, ensuring efficient and accurate representation of building systems and components.

+ Design the ITS infrastructure (Dry Utility) in Civil 3D under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
+ Utilize effective computer skills with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
+ Demonstrate expertise in the usage and management of Common Data Environment (CDE) for model production.
+ Dry utilities design capability using the AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidate with Wet utilities design background will be also considered.
+ Exhibit proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
+ Apply a variety of modeling principles, techniques, and analyses to enhance project outcomes.
+ Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects related to modeling.
+ Interface with other departments to coordinate work assignments and ensure project alignment.
+ Capability to perform clash analysis with other utilities and resolve the conflicts as directed by the Engineer
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their development and growth.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Diploma in a relevant discipline. Bachelor's Degree will be an advantage.
+ Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in BIM.
+ Certification in drafting or BIM software from providers such as Autodesk, Bentley Systems, etc., is highly desirable.
+ Proficient computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related software.
