Responsibilities
- Facilitates and delivers quality nursing care, coordinate and manage the environment in which the care is delivered.
- Assists to establish and control the support the implementation of standards of nursing practice and guidelines of care.
- Renders and ensures Total Patient Care according to the Scientific Nursing Process following the guidelines of the International Patient Safety Goals, evidence based practice and clinical pathways as per policy.
- Adheres to Patient Rights, education and statutory requirements
- Must have DHA license/Eligibility letter.
- Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Have at least 2 years related experience. Preferably have experience in UAE or Gulf region.

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license recognized in UAE. We will consider nurses, who are based overseas at the moment. - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. - Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting. - Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare protocols. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. - Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
