We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Creative Producer to join us full-time for a few months (minimum 2), with the strong possibility of moving into a permanent role afterwards. If you're a strategic doer who thrives at the intersection of concept and execution, has a knack for storytelling, and loves partnering with clients to transform briefs into standout creative experiences—this is for you!

As a key player in the creative engine of our agency, you’ll own the process from concept development to final delivery—managing timelines, budgets, resources, and teams, while also supporting ideation and content strategy. You’ll be client-facing, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, able to bring structure to creativity and creativity to structure.

What you’ll be doing
  • Originate and shape creative concepts that respond to client briefs and align with egg’s global creative vision.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through every phase of a project.
  • Lead the production of creative assets—video content, scenic elements, show formats, and more—from pitch to delivery.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for all creative elements, ensuring delivery on time, on brand, and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal and freelance creatives (2D, 3D, content, copy) and technical experts to develop high-quality work.
  • Write clear, compelling creative proposals and presentation decks, contributing to both storytelling and structure.
  • Discuss content needs directly with clients—knowing when to bring in specialists but never stepping back from the conversation.
  • Design and deliver visual decks for client presentations (storytelling, moodboards, guest journeys).
Must haves

  • 7+ years of experience in creative event production or experiential event roles within an agency or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate creative ideas and manage their development through cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio of high-impact events and campaigns showing creative leadership and execution.
  • Proven skills in client-facing roles: presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Proven ability to shape and deliver immersive event concepts using storytelling and design .
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—you can make clients fall in love with your ideas.
  • Eligible to work in Dubai and available for on-site visits.
Nice to have
  • Additional languages beyond English and Arabic.
  • Copywriting or scripting experience.
  • Background in Graphic Design.
