Job Summary:

The Health & Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, delivery and service meet the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Support emergency preparedness and response plans (fire drills, first aid, evacuation, chemical spills).

Training & Education

• Develop educational materials and workshops for the staff to increase awareness of health and safety protocols.

• Promote a strong safety culture through HSE awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

• Keep staff updated on the health and safety policy or regulations or best practices in both the production and service area.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of safety audits, inspections and incident reports.
