Role OverviewThe Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist will ensure that all oil & gas operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and programs to minimize risks and foster a strong safety culture. The HSE Specialist will work closely with operations, maintenance, and management teams to promote safe work practices and continuous improvement in safety performance.

- Incident Reporting & Investigation: Investigate accidents, injuries, or safety-related incidents on-site, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Emergency Response Plans: Develop and enforce emergency response plans, including first aid, evacuation procedures, and firefighting protocols, to ensure employees are familiar with emergency procedures.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the project complies with all relevant local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
- PPE Maintenance: Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly and maintained at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
