Job Title: Health Safety Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline from an accredited institution. 15-20 years of relevant experience.

Minimum one of the following: NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval), Any other HSE certifications, Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent, Incident Investigation technique. Additional HSE Trainings/Certifications will be advantageous.

Experience Details:

Have a strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas business. Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers, etc. Sound understanding of HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements. Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes. Competency in SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment, etc.). Ability to develop HSE plans and Emergency response procedures/plans. The ES&CO is responsible for assisting the Technical Director with provisions, quality control, and strategic development of the framework for Engineering operations. He will also assist with oversight and operational control of Abu Dhabi Aviation Aircraft in compliance with regulatory requirements.
