Job Description

We are urgently seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding targets, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's expansion. Responsibilities
  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries, actively engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and present our products/services.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, demonstrating a strong drive for results.
  5. Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and customer demands, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  8. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 2 Years’ experience in the MEP Sector or facilities management services and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Valid UAE driving license.
