Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the digital grid sales efforts in the MENAT region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software solutions, specifically in the areas of asset performance management, digital substations, cyber security, and distribution automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue major business goals for the portfolio, including financial metrics such as orders, customer satisfaction, and market share objectives.
- Develop, drive, and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition for digital grid solutions across the MENAT region.
- Lead future sales teams within the MENAT region and ensure alignment with global commercial teams.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders in utilities, grid operators, and industrial clients to promote digital grid offerings.
- Provide technical insights to customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific grid optimization needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to align sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other related field, MBA is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of power transmission, distribution, and the digitalization of grid operations.
- Technical Expertise: AAP, Digital Substations, Cyber security, Device Management, Distribution Automation, and Grid Software Solutions.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Enterprise software (OT or IT), Digital Solutions /Power systems/Automation, (last 5-7 years Sales experience), proven track record in complex sales, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored digital solutions that address their needs.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Team management: Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Arabic, English language proficiency, French is a plus.
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, enthusiastic.
- Familiarity with the MENAT energy market landscape, regulatory environment, and key industry players.
- Willingness and ability to travel more than 40% of the time.

Job Description:As a Machine Identity Security (MIS) Solution Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for selling our MIS software platform and professional services to enterprise customers in the META Region (Middle East, Turkey and Africa).
You will work independently and as part of a sales team to identify, scope, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales quota. You will provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business with new and existing customers.
- Articulate your efforts and strategy leveraging other profiles and teams at your disposal such as pre-sales and post-sales teams, Field Marketing Operations, Product Management or Channel.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships at the executive, business decision-maker level including but not limited to CISO, CIO, and other executives responsible for identity management, security, risk, compliance, and governance.
- Develop and present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefits, and risk.
- Promote our Machine Identity solution portfolio by understanding and communicating key customer requirements and use cases that will both meet prospects' and customers' strategic initiatives but also broaden our product and solution capabilities.
- Drive account management responsibilities including solution improvement, solution offering configuration management, order issuance, service delivery, service management and revenue recognition.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has 7+ years of prior sales experience in cybersecurity, identity access management, Cryptography, or related markets, in the META region and for the enterprise or public sector.
- Demonstrated history of strategic account management and software sales consistently meeting or exceeding a quota.
- History of successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity and leadership in the sale cycle management.
- Mastery of complex solution-selling technics, methodology and strategy will be a key success factor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and capable of presenting technical concepts and product solutions to audiences ranging from IT staff to business executives.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations approximately 20% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
