Document Control:

• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telesales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling parts inquiries and supporting the growth of our parts business.

Your main objective will be to assist parts sales teams across branches in optimizing conversion rates, register and onboard new parts customers, maintain customer relations and satisfaction, and manage customer databases and lead management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to parts inquiries received via calls, emails, webchat, WhatsApp, and assist customers with spare parts information using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) and price and availability through Dealer Management System (SAP).
  • Collaborate with branches to close deals, promote spare parts and consumables (Upselling & Cross-selling), make calls to parts customers to register and onboard new customers, explain features and benefits, promote products and services, establish rapport and follow up on sales campaigns.
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and support sales activities, create and close leads via Lead Management Systems, respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks efficiently, handle customer complaints professionally and manage difficult situations.
  • Maintain and update customer records, prepare reports on spare parts calls and update line managers, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Expertise in using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC)
  • Experience in automotive after-sales parts preferred
  • Strong communication, active listening, and phone etiquette skills
  • Proficiency with CRM, IVR systems, and relevant software applications

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, communicating with customers and operations teams, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates
  • Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements
  • Communicate daily with customers, operations and sales teams
  • Interpret and analyse client schedules and prioritise orders
  • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
  • Confirm pricing, inventory availability and provide ship date information
  • Arrange transportation and manage the process for dealing with international orders
  • Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes and process notifications and Customer Returns
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched/delivered on time and manage customer expectations
  • Coordinate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions
  • Maintain accurate customer records including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements
  • Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members
  • Know how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customers
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in customer care

Requirements
  • High School or Secondary Education
  • Associate or University Degree
  • 1 years of experience in customer facing role/industry experience
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP or Order Entry Systems
  • Basic Inventory Management knowledge
  • Understanding of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology
  • Fluent English
