Job Title: Sales Partnership Liaison
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Partnership Liaison to coordinate and collaborate with various departments in sales related matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and partnership between our organization and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a first point of contact for partner restaurant queries, complaints, calls, and emails, providing prompt responses and delegating tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Upload and update restaurant information online in a timely manner.
- Configure systems for new partners, train them on system usage, and troubleshoot any issues from the vendor/partner side.
- Monitor closed restaurants and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
- Prepare reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train personnel on how to use the transmission system.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- MS Office and Excel Certification.
- UAE Family Book required.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Presentation, Interpersonal, Communication (written and verbal), Customer Service, Problem Solving, and Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly.
- Capacity to build strong relationships with clients.
