**Position: Sales & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales & Client Management

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

  • Present and explain our fulfillment services to e-commerce sellers.

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, including fulfillment agreements and billing profile setup.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
