Job Description:Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices in the system as per sales managers' and customers' requests. Ensure all sales orders are approved by customers before entering them into the system.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize tasks according to sales manager's instructions.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, prices, and deliveries as instructed by sales managers.
- Arrange deliveries through logistics once goods are ready for shipment.
- Ensure timely collection of goods from customers while reducing stock levels of finished goods.
- Prepare sales invoices based on approved prices and send them to customers.
- Monitor customer receivables until full payment is collected.
- Collect information from various departments and inform management about any discrepancies found.
- Update price lists according to management advice and distribute them to customers.
